Real Estate Development
We are interested in niche segments of the market. So we are redeveloping ordinary homes into student homes and short term rentals for young professionals.
Renewable Energy
We have used energy from renewable sources (hydro energy) far before the discovery of electricity, since then it has proven to be a very reliable and ecological responsible way to generate it. We have selected possible sites in Luxembourg for small scale hydro. Currently studying the economic and regulatory viability.
Railway Safety
Due to changing habits, switching private transport in favor of public transport, we believe platforms will get busier. Clumsy accidents still happen far too often on railway platforms, to combat this we are working on an easy to implement solution.
